Hardy older Woman “Nancy” is going about her day, pottering around, and getting her jobs done. While Pookie, a young insta-model, glued to her phone, is showing off her Aerial skills, hoping to get new followers for her many social media platforms. The eternal worlds of young and old collide when they inhabit the same space, struggling with getting their individual needs met. Contrasting lifestyles collide in a captivating display of physical theatre and circus arts, creating a heartwarming and hilarious exploration of generational differences and unexpected connection. Lidija Šola is a Croatian contemporary circus artist based in Ireland. Her background is richly diverse, with a Master of Arts in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Zagreb and extensive experience in dance and physical theatre. This blend of disciplines and experience informs her captivating performances, which seamlessly weave together aerial acrobatics, physical theatre, and visual art.
Noelle Ní Ríagain is an Irish Artist who works in the medium of Physical Theatre and Clown. She is a graduate of the Cork College of FET and studied clowning in Toronto with Sue Morrision. Noelle's artistic practice is rooted in a fascination with human relationships and the power of non-verbal storytelling. Her work is infused with a sense of playfulness and a deep respect for the circus and street arts. Noelle is co director of Pitch'd Productions LTD, a circus and street arts company.
